This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Crave Systems, Inc. ("Company"), operating the Alece AI platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your financial data, property information, or other business data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content including financial summaries, recommendations, and drafted communications should be reviewed before use. The Service does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request deletion of your data.
